Harry Potter Workout #6

Well, let’s get right down to it.Β  I’ve procrastinated enough today!

By the way, in the movie, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, did anyone else make the comparison between Dumbledore and Gandalf the White when he and Harry are in the cave getting the horcrux?

This week’s tallies:

  • 50 vertical crunches
  • 110 lunges/leg
  • 70 push-ups
  • 200 jumping jacks
  • 110 sit-ups
  • 50 side lunges/leg
  • 90 alternating toe touches/side
  • 90 squats
  • 7 minutes in plank position
  • 50 burpees
  • 50 mtn climber reps
